    We offer single and multi-destination leisure travel.
  • Do you offer corporate travel?
    Not at this time. We are working on expanding.
  • Are vacation packages/tours and events refundable?
    Not all are refundable. This will depend on the date a refund is requested and the package policy. Some may offer cancelations while others do not. Be sure to check with a travel consultant before making a purchase.
  • Are the service fees refundable?
    While trip cancelation may be (depending on cancelation policy) our service fees and or consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • Do you offer any type of discounts or specials?
    Yes! Periodically we will run specials and raffle events. Be sure to constantly check our website for further information.
  • How can I contact you?
    You can send us an email or call us during business hours. Our contact information is listed on our ‘Home’ Page under “Contact Us”.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our business hours are Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM. However, our website is open 24 hours, 7-days a week for online inquiries. Someone will respond to your inquiry during business hours.
  • How do I inquire about Careers with Simplistic Expeditions?
    Check our website from time to time for additional information.
  • Will I receive a confirmation for booking services?
    Yes, every client will receive a confirmation page.
  • How are consultations conducted?
    Consultations are made via phone or zoom.
  • Do you customize every trip?
    We customize trips and experiences upon request. To learn more about customizing an experience, check our website or call to inquire with a consultant.
  • Can I modify an itinerary or experience?
    A travel consultant will provide this information during the consultation. You may be able to modify a travel experience before final payment is made.
  • How do I make payment for services?
    As of now, payments are collected via debit or credit card.
